About Us

Our Team

Our team is made up of professional Georgian dance instructors and performers with many years of stage and teaching experience.
The studio was created to share the love for Georgian dance and to provide the opportunity to study this unique art form both professionally and for pleasure, for people of all ages.
Today, MELITA DANCE STUDIO is recognized as one of the leading centers promoting and preserving Georgian culture — both within the country and internationally.
We are proud to unite and inspire both Georgian and foreign dancers, building cultural bridges through the language of dance.

The studio was founded in 2004 by Melita Lomadze – a former dancer of the National Ballet of Georgia and currently a teacher at the Academy of the National Ballet of Georgia.
The mission of the studio is to promote Georgian culture around the world. It was for this very purpose that in 2023, Melita became the winner of the project “Create in Georgia” with the theme “Popularization of Georgian Dance Worldwide.”
Melita Lomadze personally oversees all directions of the studio’s work and continuously strives for quality and development.
